Synopsis: The Teen Titans recieve a call for help from Ted Bradley who's son Davey, a promising young runner, has run away from Olympic trials. Before they can begin the search, Speedy shows up at their headquarters in search of help as well. He was practicing a trick archery shot for the opening of the Olympic games, when he was attacked and sabotaged by a criminal organization called Diablo. The Titans then track down Davey and bring him with them and Speedy to Tokyo where they must both convince him to run, and help Speedy stop Diablo.
